About the Client:
Our client is a local council dedicated to maintaining safe and efficient roadways for our community. They are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join the team in delivering essential civil road maintenance services.
Role Overview:
As a Civil Road Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to road and stormwater maintenance, ensuring our infrastructure remains in top condition. Your hands-on approach will support both minor repairs and maintenance works.
What you will be doing:
Perform minor road sealing and repair works on sealed and unsealed roads.
Operate the FLOCON for pothole repairs and profile patching.
Read and interpret construction plans accurately.
Use survey equipment to ensure correct levels are maintained.
Provide off-siding and labor support for excavators, backhoes, and other earthmoving equipment as needed.
