We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join a small team in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. In this newly created role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, providing exceptional support to staff, and contributing to exciting new projects.
What you'll do:
Configure, implement, and maintain various IT technologies including desktops, servers, networks, and software applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, both on-site and remotely.
Maintain and monitor server backups and antivirus systems.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing software updates and security measures.
Analyse equipment performance and recommend repairs or replacements.
Participate in project work, including the implementation of a new ERP system (experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus).

Minimum tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT.
