We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor, at either an Intermediate or senior level to join our growing office in Tauranga. With a start date of ideally January or late , we're planning for our forward workload that is growing by the day. Joining a solid, stable residential home builder with a recognisable and trusted brand in the Bay of Plenty region, you'll have a secure workload in front of you, offering job security and progression once the residential market kicks off again. With a range of work ahead, from D&B, multi-million dollar projects, to volume housing, we offer a range of work to keep you on your toes. Experience required:
At least 3 years working in the New Zealand residential sector
A working knowledge of volume housing, and D&B work to work across our wide client base
Manage the project profit margins
