About the role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to join our team. Our Recruitment & Onboarding Officer will ensure recruitment at AnglicareCQ continues to attract, select, and retain the right people to work with our participants and enhance our workplace culture.
What will a typical day look like?
Liaise with Managers and Coordinators to determine staffing needs and problem-solve unique requirements.
Advertise job opportunities on the relevant platforms using targeted marketing techniques.
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related requirements.
Onboard all new staff.
Maintain a current suite of position descriptions.
Develop and update policies related to recruitment and onboarding.
