We are looking for driven and talented individuals to join the Retail Banking Services (RBS) Lending Line 1 Risk Centre of Excellence (COE). You will be part of a high-performing team supporting our business with empowering our customers to achieve their goals in managing their cash flows, facilitating seamless and safe purchases, and home ownership.
As a Senior Manager, you will be a confident and trusted risk partner to your Consumer Finance (CF) stakeholders. You will proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk as well as assess and manage risks to the Domain that arise from changes, incidents, issues and control assessments. You will work closely with stakeholders across RBS and the Group, build intimate knowledge of CF products, processes and objectives, and to ensure alignment with the Group's frameworks and standards.
