Intro Recruitment has partnered up with a business that provides temporary edge protection. They have recently launched an online retail store for safety gear and they are looking for an Office all-arounder administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with field staff: Coordinate with our Sales Manager and Installer.
Booking & scheduling: Manage bookings, pricing, and communication with both internal staff and clients.
Administrative tasks: Create purchase orders, track and enter invoices, and manage installation, dismantle, and hire schedules.
Documentation: Produce project-specific safety and handover documents.
Retail support: Help set up and maintain the retail showroom. Assist with data entry and stock management for our online and physical safety equipment store.
