I am looking for Carpenter to join my property business in Jamberoo, NSW
The role of Carpenter is a new position within the business which will be responsible for all aspects of carpentry services within the business including:
• Reviewing drawings to determine which materials and installation approach to use
• Using power and hand tools to cut and prepare timber materials for assembly and installation.
• Construction and erection of timber frames and structures for floors, walls, ceilings and rooves
• Building and finishing timber decks
• Installation of windows, doors, architraves and trims
• Building and installation of timber cabinetry, including preparation of rough sawn exotic timbers to create feature pieces
• Liaison with and coordination guidance for other trades
• Provision of carpentry services for property maintenance and repair across a range of locations in the Kiama and Robertson region.
Qualification requirements
To successfully fill this role, you must have the following skills and experience
• Certificate IV in Carpentry or three years equivalent carpentry experience
• Ability to complete quality work without supervision
• Self-motivated and mature, able to provide quality service for property owners
• Driver licence, own vehicle and tools
