The role will include (but not limited to):
- Be responsible for the Event Operations once BEOs are handed over from Event Sales Team;
- Responsible for overseeing the smooth operational running of social, wedding and corporate events;
- Ensure strong communication relationships with the Events Sales team;
- Required to perform duties in the restaurants in the absence of bookings for the events spaces;
- Support & provide training and development to the Food & Beverage team;
- Have a keen understanding of weddings, corporate and social events;
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in managing labour costs in line with budgets & forecasts and
- Address & resolve all event-related guests’ grievances and escalate when required.
