Duties;
Prepare and Serve Beverages:
- Brew coffee and espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.).
- Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
- Follow standard recipes and adjust based on customer preferences.
Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and answer any questions regarding the menu.
Maintain Cleanliness:
- Clean and sanitize equipment such as coffee machines and bar space.
- Maintain a clean work area, including countertops, seating areas, and barware.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, alcohol, and other ingredients.
- Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Inform management of any low-stock items.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders.
- Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operation.
