Details: Macgregor Primary School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Officer. The successful applicant will be required to carry out effective HR management processes and practices, working closely with and providing support to the Executive team. The Staffing Officer will:
Provide high level support to the Business Manager in the management of the schools staffing and all HR processes.
Carry out day to day staffing duties such as coordinating daily staffing requirements of the school, prepare correspondence and reports; possess the ability to interpret and apply relevant procedures, policies and legislation.
Provide advice and assistance to staff relating to HR process and procedures as required.
