Calling all Schedulers, Call Centre Administrators, and Logistics Coordinators...this role is for you!
Randstad is excited to partner with a leading Waste Transport company in Richlands to recruit a dedicated Works Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will manage service requests and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:

Ensure prompt, clear, and effective communication with clients, including timely updates on service requests.
Proactively manage urgent events, keeping clients informed of any potential delays or issues.
Prepare and present accurate reports and data to management, ensuring consistency and precision.
Identify and record changes or modifications to service requests, ensuring relevant parties are promptly informed.
Ensure client requests are fully understood, with accurate details captured and inputted into the appropriate systems.
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service, working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Monitor client feedback, both positive and constructive, and communicate this to management for continuous improvement.
Provide administrative support to the Team Leader, assisting with tasks as required.
Offer operational support to the Administration Team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
Maintain strong lines of communication with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination.
Build and maintain solid working relationships with management, project managers, and client representatives.
Initiate and action customer service requests for order changes, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information files.
Proactively establish and maintain collaborative relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.

About You:

A 'can-do' attitude that focuses on delivering solutions to client requests.
Experience in a Call Centre, Scheduling, or Logistics Administration position
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and commitment to customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
