Case Manager - Home Affairs, Parramatta NSW. Swahili Speaking. The role We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our Government & Defence Division based in Parramatta, NSW. You will support key case management activities for your offshore colleagues including centralised processing of travel bookings and the approving of reimbursement to our major supplier(s). As a Case Manager in our Global Operations Centre, you will:
Assigned to a region or case management team in order to act as a central reference point for your assigned offshore colleagues supporting any routine policy and process referrals.
Monitor workflow for your offshore team to ensure key stage gates and KPIS are managed.
Periodically also manage very sensitive cases end to end and/or case manage during periods of surge or in emergency.
Manage all travel bookings for the customers in line with client policy & arrival window requirements.
Process and approve all reimbursements from Medical Rescue and any other suppliers reimbursed through Move Maestro.
Support service requests and enquiries from Humanitarian Service Provides in Australia as it relates to travel and arrival information.
About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
Fluency (oral) in Swahili mandatory
Proven experience in case management or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in medium to large sized organisations that deliver comparable services (e.g., Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel) would be advantageous.
Successful completion of relevant in-house Competency Assessments.
Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
The ability to become technically proficient in Move Maestro.
Eligibility
Blue Card/Working with Children Certification or the ability to obtain this.
Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to hold and maintain relevant security clearances.
