About the Role
Reporting to the Manager HR Operations & Talent Acquisition, the HR Data & Reporting Specialist focuses on analysing workforce data, reviewing and validating data within SAP systems (S/4HANA and SuccessFactors), forecasting staffing needs, supporting the development of key talent acquisition strategies to create meaningful reports and analysis of HR data.
You will also work in close alignment with the Finance and Talent Acquisition Teams to ensure all proposed workforce planning and staffing solutions are aligned with the operational talent objectives company budgets/forecasts.
