Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
Managing the company's online presence, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Creating marketing content, including brochures, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
Managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign expenditures.
Supporting brand development and enhancing the company's market position.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and create reports to measure marketing performance.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Be proficient to provide marketing services for Chinese customers using Facebook, Ticktok, Ins, and Red book
Be professionally proficient in Chinese to communicate with Chinese customers, to manage marketing content in Chinese.
