Job description
Austcorp Executive are partnering with an Australian owned transport and freight company working closely with the mining industry within WA. This person will be Perth based and responsible for overseeing, planning, organizing, and managing the maintenance of all assets across the state.
This person will manage multi-skilled teams of managers, supervisors and trades people to ensure maintenance works are completed to the highest industry standards. This role will be Perth Based with some travel across WA.
As the State Maintenance Manager your duties will be but not limited to:
Work with Site Managers across WA to prioritize and schedule work to ensure production targets are achieved without compromising on maintenance and equipment integrity
Oversee the maintenance management of the companies fleet of heavy transport and mining vehicles and equipment
Develop and implement improved maintenance schedules, procedures and regimes
Manage and update companies electronic maintenance
