Your new role
Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and site audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop, update, and implement safety and compliance policies and procedures.
Oversee the implementation of emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
Educate and train employees on compliance requirements, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
Investigate workplace accidents to determine causes and write up reports for legal proceedings if necessary.
