Your Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
Client liaison
Receiving, processing and managing client purchase orders
Coordinating relevant documentation for processing and clearance
Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
General administration duties
About you:
Prior experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
