Position Overview
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the drafting, reviewing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts related to clients and employees. This role involves liaising with various authorities, providing expert advice on contract-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for clients and employees, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policy.
Provide contract summaries and oversee the execution of contracts in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate contract-related communications and resolve issues as they arise.
Consult with senior management on changes and alternative options pertaining to contracts, ensuring all parties are informed.
Analyze and collect documentation related to contracts and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Maintain comprehensive audit files for each contract, including all correspondence, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
Formulate policy recommendations and advise clients and employees on monitoring contract compliance and performance.
Assist clients and employees in developing contract policies that adhere to legal requirements, owner specifications, and local and national government regulations.
Identify and resolve contract-related problems, providing suitable options and guidance to clients and employees.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Diploma required.
At least 1 year of experience in contract administration or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
