We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team and contribute to our thriving kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare high-quality meals according to our menu
Create new and exciting dishes, catering to various dietary preferences
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
