2 years experience working within a fine dining, hatted establishment. Experience of cooking with fire is preferred Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends. Immediate start
