What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications and/or work experience. At least 2 years of work experience in this role, working in a quality establishment. Sound knowledge of food, beverages, and wine. Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends
