Job Title: Full-time ICT Quality Assurance Manager
Salary: $75,000- $85,000 plus superannuation
Duties and Skills
• Oversaw end-to-end quality assurance procedures, ensuring adherence to organizational and industry standards
• Conducting audit Inspections representing the Quality Assurance Team
• Identifying nonaligned areas with the introduces process in QA audits and fix them
• Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing support)
• Direct the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks, delivering Knowledge Transfers (KT) to team members for seamless implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive database testing with Oracle, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data systems
• Execute API testing to validate performance, reliability, and functionality of APIs, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Identify potential risks in quality assurance processes
• Perform thorough testing of data warehouses and data marts, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for business intelligence purposes.
• Led Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the software meets the functional and business requirements.
• Create, review, and manage detailed test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of business and technical scenarios.
• Report bugs and manage the defect lifecycle, maintaining test cycles and coordinating release management to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
• Author technical guidelines for software deployments, including automation framework setup and software installation instructions for testing environments.
• Review and refine technical documentation to align with ICT quality standards and improve clarity and accuracy for end users.
Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on cloud and electronics systems.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.
• Experience with various testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Selenium, JMeter).
• Experience in net, Azure DevOps, Oracle, Git, , Agile Methodology, Postman, Microservices Testing is required.
• Proficient in Selenium, Git, Cucumber, Appium is mandatory
• The core technology skills like Java, Junit, TestNG is advantage
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
