Administrative Assistant

Responsibilites:
Provide administrative support to our team of Accountants and financial planners
Manage Calendars, Schedule appointments, and assist with meeting preparations
Handle incoming calls, greet clients, and maintain a professional office environment
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing tasks
Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
A Strong interest in pursuing a career in management and / or accounting
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
