What we are looking for
At least 3 years of work experience in this role, working in a quality establishment
Relevant qualifications
Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages
Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making
Organized with ability to implement systems and procedures
Experience in setting and achieving targets
Adhere to RSA legislation
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends

Lead and manage, large top performing team
Roster to given budgets
Staff training and development
Assisting with the organisation of events and functions
Stock take and appropriate ordering for restaurant and wine list
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Hosting and reservation management
