We are now seeking a well-presented, passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager and Senior Restaurant Supervisor to attend to our guests from around the world. You will be supervising all staff when on duty and managing daily duties and tasks such as rostering, training, coordinating bookings for internal and external guests, promptly and efficiently addressing any product or service issues and ordering stock.
Salary - $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 pa
Requirements:
Proven recent experience in a similar a la carte venue is essential
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
Knowledge of Australian wines, coffee and cocktails (advantage)
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in training, development and counselling of staff
High level of personal presentation and grooming
Ability to work under pressure
Friendly, customer focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
