What is the opportunity?
Perth Radiological Clinic requires a full time permanent Medical Receptionist to join the Inner Recruitment pool.
You will be provided with on-the-job training and will have the opportunity to work alongside various teams, traveling throughout our inner suburb clinics including Claremont, Nedlands, South Perth, Subiaco, and Perth CBD. The start and finish times vary from 6:15am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the clerical supervisor your responsibility will include:
Arrive patients and make clinical appointments at the front desk
Undertake computer work including, handling accounts, banking, Medicare batching and data entry
Care for customers by maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentiality
General administration duties, including but not limited to; processing booking
