The Senior Quality Control Analyst (Payroll Compliance Assurance) is responsible for guiding and executing complex sample-based testing of People Services processes to ensure payroll systems / processes are compliant with internal policies, regulatory bodies and standards. The role involves identifying potential control weaknesses through sample-based testing, assessing risks, and relaying findings to relevant stakeholders (including Industrial Relations Governance Team and Remediation Team) to facilitate further investigation and remediation. A Senior Analyst is not only involved in identifying issues and assessing risk but also providing strategic guidance and mentoring to Quality Control analyst/s.
