The Role The core purpose of is role is to support Evie Networks growing driver base assisting with escalated customer matters, identifying, and addressing systematic issues to reduce customer effort. Reporting to the Manager - Operations & Maintenance, your duties will include:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Zendesk, phone, email or chat.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
