Role
As the HSE Business Partner, you will be involved in managing internal and external stakeholders to lead and influence across safety within a large manufacturing site. You will be required to step into this role and build relationships with key stakeholders, coach employees, provide site management and personnel with technical support and advice.
You will be driving the safety function with a key influence to all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. The role will encompass the implementation of the organisations SMS and EMS as well as the coaching of line managers to ensure continuous improvement of Health Safety and Environment.
