Key responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Set up new suppliers in the accounting system
Coordinate and support stock take process for various sites from an AP aspect
Account reconciliations
Write and maintain written processes and procedures for AP duties for review and approval
The successful applicant will have:
Experience in a similar role
Good communication skills
Excel skills
MYOB Advanced/ERP
