Council has two exciting opportunities to join the Water Utilities team as a Water & Wastewater Operator/Technician.
As an operator, you will undertake relevant operational works of Council?s water and wastewater infrastructure including water and wastewater treatment plants, storage facilities, and reticulation systems in accordance with quality standards, legislation, procedures, and documentation.
As a technician, you will provide technical input and oversight of the daily operational works of Council?s water and wastewater infrastructure including water and wastewater treatment plants, storages, and reticulation systems in accordance with quality standards, legislation, procedures, and documentation.
About the Role
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. In this role you are able to progress from the level of operator to technician as you work through clearly defined training pathways.
This role is a full-time role, based out of the Molong water treatment plant.
