Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Directly manage welding, fitting, and boilermaking teams to achieve all project requirements within the set standards
Establish a safety culture emphasizing hazard elimination and genuine care.
Monitor and encourage adherence to PPE and safe work practices.
Lead prestart meetings, share incident learnings, and uphold safety.
Manage timesheets, training registers, and workforce competencies.
Seek continuous improvement, develop new skills, and promote efficiency.
Coordinate and delegate work to crews.
Organise material, labour and equipment to ensure efficiency;
Implement and/or complete any corrective action that has been issued in a timely fashion;
Comply with all safety, environment and quality requirements and contribute to a safe work environment.
Providing ongoing progress updates to the Management team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisor role (5 years )
