Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee and guide panel beaters, painters, and shop staff; train new hires and mentor existing employees; ensure quality standards and improve workshop efficiency.
Operations: Plan workflow for timely repairs, manage tool and material use, resolve operational issues, and organize parts for upcoming jobs.
Customer Service: Provide vehicle updates, estimates, and handle concerns; manage insurance claims and related paperwork.
