The Role Our most important asset is our people! You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by partnering and collaborating with our Hiring Managers to proactively support their hiring needs, and manage recruitment projects and ATS reporting. Recruitment can be more than agency sales targets, client visits KPI and cold calling.
You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar positions for the BGC Construction Materials Group and Building Product Group designations. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for upholding best practices for recruitment processes and ensuring compliance against relevant policies and legislation, as well as providing recruitment advice as required.
