We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Talent & Pathways Advisor to join Huons team to cover parental leave based from our Hobart city office.
Our Talent & Pathways Advisor is responsible for end to end recruitment including attraction and sourcing through to onboarding, and provides coaching and advice to leaders and employees.
About you
You are an experienced recruiter with a savvy ability to identify top talent. You are passionate about matching the right person with the right opportunity, and:
Build strong relationships, acting as a trusted expert driving best practice in attraction and retention.
Are skilled at managing high volume recruitment whilst balancing competing priorities, and consistently deliver a great people experience.
Confidently communicate with and understand the needs of hiring leaders and job seekers.
