Are you a proactive and energetic Leader in Site Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability, with a continuous improvement mindset? The HSE Site Lead is the go-to expert and an integral part of the Virginia Site Leadership team - your role is to drive HSE excellence and embed a strong behavioral safety culture across all levels and functions within the site. Managing one highly skilled direct report, you will continually look for opportunities to improve the site safety, environmental protection, hygiene and industrial compliance of activities, along with assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of HSE strategies and programs that ensure safe working practices.
