The Position The Manager, Student Wellbeing and Accessibility is responsible for the day-to-day management of two of the University Experience Divisions student support programs: Student Safety and Wellbeing and Accessibility. Student Safety and Wellbeing supports students capacity to participate in their education by providing case management on issues that can impact their safety and wellbeing including harmful behaviours such as sexual misconduct and racism, as well as mental ill-health, trauma, grief and loss, substance misuse, relationship, housing and financial concerns. Accessibility assists student who have a disability, medical condition or who are recognised primary carers of a person with a disability to fully participate in their program of study. Accessibility oversees reasonable adjustment plans for students to ensure equity in access, participation and success.
