Overview of the Company:
Ridly Pty Ltd is a leading eco-friendly rubbish removal company based in Sydney, founded in 2019. Ridly specialises in sustainable waste management, offering customers comprehensive, customer-centric rubbish removal services for items too large for standard disposal. Ridly is committed to exceptional service, reducing landfill waste through recycling, and contributing to environmental efforts by planting trees and supporting food donation programs. Operating with a fleet of six trucks, Ridly serves up to 60 customers daily and has expanded operations to Melbourne as part of its growth strategy.
Main Duties and Tasks:
Develop Customer Service Strategies: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention.
Customer Service Policies and Procedures: Oversee the development of customer service policies, programs, and processes that align with Ridly's goals and objectives.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of customer service representatives, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve team effectiveness.
Customer Service Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze key customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement, addressing any concerns with corrective measures.
CRM Management: Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure efficient tracking and management of customer interactions and relationships.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest customer service trends and best practices to ensure Ridly maintains its competitive edge in the industry.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and evaluate performance.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer service metrics analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer interactions and team dynamics.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer service issues and implement improvements.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure a competitive advantage.
