Restaurant Manager
Our multi level venue has an outstanding opportunity for a Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, and enthusiastic about the hospitality Industry. You must be a natural leader with an ability to develop and motivate a small front of house team to perform at a high level. You should excel under pressure, be highly organised, self-motivated, able to work as part of a team and be proficient in rostering, and cost control. You will be committed, pro-active and accountable in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. Your role is important in helping us create an outstanding dining experience.
In its resurgence period we need someone to work alongside us in the important new development stage with an immediate start for the right applicant. This space is a brand new addition to our already successful venue, and a chance for you to use your proven experience in our new, upcoming and exciting project.
It is expected that the selected candidate would be skilled in the following;
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role is desirable
Ability to perform in high-pressure service periods and high stress situations .
Able to supervise shifts, and meet wage % KPI’s as the approved manager.
Outstanding leadership qualities and organisational skills
Outgoing and professional with great team motivational skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Be hands on and possess a positive can do attitude
Experience with Japanese cuisine desirable.
Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
