We have the opportunity to welcome a new Guest Service Agent to our Front Office team, to continue to provide exemplary service to our guests. As a Guest Service Agent, you will:
- Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts by ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on time.
- Proudly promoting the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
