Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment of suppliers
Manage the accounts payable function, including handling queries from vendors and resolving discrepancies
Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies
Process expense claims and manage corporate credit card reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation
