About the role: The overall purpose of the Learning & Development Specialist role is to support front line training and development services for Children Youth and Families services staff. This is a Permanent Full-Time position working 76 hours per fortnight based at our Eight Mile Plains office, with some travel to services across Queensland required. Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and manage L&D programs and resources to meet compliance, operational, and strategic needs, incorporating expert knowledge and innovative methods.
