Reporting to the Administration Team Leader and PA to Director Strategy & Environment, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the Manager Environment & Sustainability and staff within the Strategy and Environment Department
Preparation and/or co-ordination of correspondence, documentation, memos, requisitions, reports and presentations
Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings
Electronic filing using Records Manager software
Maintenance of various council registers
