A leading property developer is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to spearhead marketing efforts for large-scale, mixed-use projects across residential, commercial, and master-planned communities (MPC). This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategies for some of the most exciting developments in the NSW region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing strategy for large-scale mixed-use projects, including residential, commercial, and MPC developments.
Develop and implement end-to-end go-to-market plans for project launches, ensuring that marketing efforts are integrated and tailored to the target audience.
Oversee the creation of compelling sales collateral, brochures, and digital assets to support project teams and enhance buyer engagement.
