Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming, restocking soaps and shampoos etc.
Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
Responding to guest requests or complaints promptly and courteously.
Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
Inspecting rooms for any maintenance issues (e.g., light bulbs, leaks) and reporting them.
