Position Description
We are seeking an Aftersales Improvement Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Adelaide location. In this role you will be responsible for the following;
• Actively participate in all key Functional Plan activities as required to ensure the achievement of MMAL's Business & Strategic Plans
• Coordinate CX and dealer operation related projects and make them aligned such as standard & audit tool development, training and measuring & monitoring process
• Enhance dispersion management process and VOC utilization
• Be a strong bridge between Aftersales planning team, PMO, regional team, dealers and MMC AS team
• Develop connected car service for Australian market on aftersales side in conjunction with MMAL CC Project Team
• Utilize connected car data for service marketing
• Develop and implement MMAL's Express service
• Drive implementation of digital service solution and promote them to dealers
Essential Criteria
To be successful in obtaining this role, you should have the following;
• Tertiary qualification (degree or higher) in a commercial or quantitative discipline - such as Commerce, Business, Economics
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Basic understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Dealer Operations in the automotive industry
• Project management skills
• Ability to work cooperatively
• Ability to bring out a great collaboration among many stakeholders
• Good knowledge about Australian market and dealers
• Negotiation skill with solid background and convincing data
• Good knowledge about vehicles and accessories
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation, influencing and strategic direction setting skills
• Strong level of motivation, initiative and focus
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
