Your New Company A small, family run business based on the northside of Brisbane that has been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in new homes, townhouses, and their own developments. Your New Role Our client is looking for a scheduler/pre-construction manager to be based out of their office in Brisbane's north. The role will require someone to obtain correct quotes for their new projects, collating them against the outlined specs. The jobs will then need to be scheduled so that jobs can be started and finished fluidly, in conjunction with the site supervisors. As well as this, all pre-construction approvals and processes will need to be conducted before new jobs can commence which will require liaison with city council and other parties/consultants.
