We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Toowoomba QLD!
You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers within the Trade Store, and via phone and email. Other activities include stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, stock top-ups and ensuring goods are stored neatly.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETAs on backorders
Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways)
Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
Showroom displays, stock rotations
General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation
