An opportunity has arisen within the senior leadership set up for a construction manager to join the business.
This role will oversee the construction delivery of custom homes across the North and play a key role in maintaining quality builds as well as reviewing and implementing improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the construction departments including site managers, post construction and construction support teams
Ensure quality & compliance requirements within the construction department
Provide development & technical construction advise to construction teams relating to construction methodology
Manage & maintain trade & supplier relationships
Revision & implementation of quality assurance policies

Strong background in residential construction delivery
Established trade & supplier network
Excellent communication & interpersonal skillset
