Your Impact The State Account Manager will lead and manage the seamless execution of national sales plans in Victoria for the Independent Grocery Channel, to ensure the delivery of the State Independent Grocery sales, profitability, market share, distribution, merchandising and promotional targets. Key Accountabilities Negotiate with National/State customer contacts to gain commitment on execution of program, as well as driving over and above activity. Build and maintain favourable and effective relationships with key decision makers in the Independent Grocery channel and within the industry/state. Work with the Independent National Account Management team to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities for the Independent Grocery channel.
